Staycation Soundbath & Meditation

Feeling a little done with winter this year, and can't make it somewhere tropical? We feel you. That's why we are having a Staycation and we want you to join us:) Come hang out with Emily @metatronsgarden and Stacy @naturallywildmuskoka We are turning up the heat panels in the yoga room, Emily will be playing the crystal bowls to some beachy sounds, while Stacy guides you through a meditation and visualization that will put us on a beach, far away from Muskoka! ⛱️ Wear your swimsuit suit, or anything that gives hou that beachy vibe, your fav beach towel, and let's escape together:) Mats, bolsters and MOCKTAILS provided
