Naturally Wild Muskoka

This fall season will be offering a series of Full Moon Free Spirit Movement Sessions at Naturally Wild Muskoka. This is a powerful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level, release pent up emotions and to feel pure freedom in a non-judgemental, safe space. Some may dance, some may shake, some may sway or be in stillness. There is no right/wrong way to do this, only to have fun with it and honour yourself. This series will be run by Hannah, local Naturopathic Doctor and lover of all things that heal the body, mind and spirit. 

Each session will start with an open circle reflecting on the theme/sign of the full moon, a brief meditation to get into the right space/state, 1-1.5 hours of movement, followed by a closing circle. Arrive a little early to stretch, wear movement-friendly clothes and bring a water bottle.

This series will run from September-December on the Full Moon for each month from 7:30-9:30pm.
Dates: Tues, Sept 17th, Thurs Oct 17th, Fri Nov 15th and Sun Dec 15th.
Price $25/session ($100 for the whole 4-part series)
